I just got my first Jazzmaster so I'll have to post some pics. It's a MIJ in Shoreline Gold that looks great but needs a setup to see how great it sounds. I do know it's hard getting used to all the switches and rollers after playing mostly Tele's & LP Jr's...
I have more gear than I need...but not as much gear as I want...

"Roll over Woodstock - we won!" & "Music is life, and life is not a business." (Iggy Pop 3/15/10)

"but lately one or two has fully paid their due for working for the clampdown...HAH, Gitalong, Gitalong"

"I believe, believe, believe, that there's better days ahead. I believe, believe, believe, that there's a heaven before I'm dead."

"I'll play for free but I gotta get paid for breaking my s**t down at the end of the night"

oh great welcome to the club!!! just 2 things; i never use the rhythm circuit (except maybe for a killswitch kinda thing or to preset the ebow volume) and dude don't be disappointed if it doesn's sound as impressive as you maybe wished. i gotta say that the MIJ/CIJ pups in those aren't the greatest of them all. replace them someday and enjoy a full big mouthful of tonezzzzzzz!!! :D
oh and pics, please!!!
