Pedalboard Pictures!

Some like 'em and some don't, but I bet everyone has at least a couple — Analog Delay, Digital Delay, Reverb, Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tube Overdrive, Transistor Overdrive, Fuzz, Octave Fuzz, Tremolo, Vibrato, Compressor and the list goes on!

lately i've been trying to get to some level of competence with my lap steel. i've been using my jangle box compressor, ernie ball volume pedal jr, boss tuner (to make sure everything is spot on) and a klon to add the faintest hint of warmth and dirt since i'm playing at bedroom level.

as for guitar i've been giving the big ol' pedal board a rest for a while. lately there's been only three boxes between my guitar and amp: a tuner, zvex SHO and my old ibanez ad-9.

How do you like that JangleBox?

does the job. can't complain...

actually i lied. i don't like the knobs on it. i've been meaning to change them. you can't really see the settings unless you've got the pedal three inches from your face.

Update.. I'm not a fan of mesa but the v-twin sounds amazing with my marshalls. It should have made it bigger footprint though.. the tube driver is definitely not leaving the board anytime soon. I've tried to minimize, I still need to work on that... I'm gassing for the pitchfactor. The boards will change when that happens. Any suggestions on a small midi controller w/expression?

I've been playing guitar since 1986 or so and I have never owned a pedalboard. Well not until this past weekend anyhow!

May I present to you a pedalboard for someone who doesn't really use much in the way of pedals! :)

I like to call it "Marshall voicing" in the box with JMP/JCM toggle

It converts any amp I've tried into a Marshall. "Rock" is smoother, less gain and mids then "Rawk".. In my experience, in "Rock" setting, with gain maxed it get's a little flabby in bass, but overall great sounding pedal.
