Premier 90 tube reverb issues

Some like 'em and some don't, but I bet everyone has at least a couple — Analog Delay, Digital Delay, Reverb, Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tube Overdrive, Transistor Overdrive, Fuzz, Octave Fuzz, Tremolo, Vibrato, Compressor and the list goes on!

Premier 90 tube reverb issues

So, I have an old premier 90 tube reverb unit that I got for backup incase my fender '64 tube reverb ever needs some down time. The problems is for some reason the signal is not going through the coils. The clean signal comes through just fine, and if you bump the unit you hear the notorious reverb thunder come through the amp. This even has my amp repair guy stumped. Any of you have any ideas I can pass on to my amp tech? I think he is about ready to admit defeat. Things he has already tried include: bypassing the built in pedal/swtch, replacing the reverb pan, and completely redoing most of the wiring and a few of the caps.

I think it is just a bad connection to the tank input. The output is working.
