Yes because it is an honest view, the price is up to you but these virtually never come up (I have been waiting for a fixer upper with the right 'bone structure' to come up for grabs for ages :( )

Final price was pretty high, wonder how much my 45/100 would fetch? Then that is my current fave to play in the man cave (attenuated of course!) so it's staying put.
