that is my amp ( and my avatar name ),

I listed it as a 1968 because I wasn't sure how to tell what year 1967 or 1968 and did not want to mislead and claim it was older than it might be.
How can you tell the year? I went by the serial number and overall features, what am I missing?

thanks
looking back at 69 makes me realize Im not getting any younger

Here is why i think your amp i s from 67
27k NFB,
Black selectors,
a single 8,2k voltage dropper
Your original mustards are B6N.
All of that fits for 1967, your ser no is an early 11... and i`ve seen a couple of those ser no/110.. with the same features as above(like your amp).
I would expect a slightly different paper tag only.
I am very far from being an expert, IMHO

I agree with Rainbow.

Who did the 'tuning'? I am interested to hear how they work for you?

thank you both for the year correction, I'm not a technical person :p

the amp was biased and retubed with Winged C Svetlana a couple years ago by Dave Sound in Whippany, NJ

sounds great.

I was thinking more the added caps on the volume pots, changed tone stack and PI? They do not detract particularly just wondering why/when they were done.
