Low Profile (flat end) patch cables?

Some like 'em and some don't, but I bet everyone has at least a couple — Analog Delay, Digital Delay, Reverb, Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tube Overdrive, Transistor Overdrive, Fuzz, Octave Fuzz, Tremolo, Vibrato, Compressor and the list goes on!

Low Profile (flat end) patch cables?

I use George L cables, have for years, and there's no arguing their quality. That said, I thing the right-angle connections work loose, which annoys me. And, I've always liked the idea of those real flat right-angle plug cables. There's some outfit called HOSA that makes these, but I'm sure there are others. Is anyone using these? Are there high quality versions available that rival, say, George L and others?

I just got an email this morning from http://www.lavacable.com talking about their new flat right angle plugs. The Lava 229.
