what bow JP used on how it is meant to be used ?? I ask 'cause I bought one of these :


but it doesnt sound, it mutes the strings instead.. I ve tried doing lot of pressure or light touch but nothing, is mine a wrong type???

I believe I have read that he used (or uses) a cello bow. I don't know if this would make a huge difference or not. But look into rosin as well. There has to be some friction there.

rosin... then add phase wah and delay..

As far as length, he uses a bow made for cello. 8)
