Silver CreekD-170 Dreadnought Acoustic

I'm selling a Silver CreekD-170 Dreadnought Acoustic. This guitar is NEW and unused, and has sat in my closet since I bought it about 7 months ago.
It's all SOLID Rosewood sides and back, Spruce top & Mahogany neck and comes with a new tweed hardshell case that I purchased for the guitar. I bought this acoustic as a back up and have never used it except to restring it with Elixirs and play it briefly a time or two. This is an amazing guitar for the money. I've had lots of Martins, Larivees, Bourgeois, Guild and high end acoustics, and this guitar just makes you wonder why you spend the money?? First of all it just has a wonderful big open sound - very natural and typical dreadnought tone. Secondly I was impressed at the set up and how easily it and plays (better than Martins I've owned). Finally it just looks beautiful w/ the squared off head, gorgeous inlays and classic D-28 design. Here is a link to an online review and a detailed description of the construction and design (http://www.acousticfingerstyle.com/Silv ... Review.htm). Silver Creek (in Canada) is making serious affordable acoustics. Check out some of the comments on the net. That's what drew me to this guitar. It's a steal for $350 considering what well made solid Spruce/Rosewood are going for.
