one thing is shrinkage....vintage pick guards removed from the guitar may shrink/warp so that they no longer fit...I know repair guys who have fixtures made so that if the pickguard is removed, it can be screwed done to retain size and shape while the guitar is worked on, or if the electronics need some work.

is the pick guard useable?

does everything work?

are the switch and pots original? with unbroken solder joints?

is this needed to restore an old Fender?

if so, all in maybe $2500...maybe.

theres ohnly the pickguard and the 2 PUs,... nothing else, we have one original pot but its not mounted on the pickguard by a lot of time we have also a selector switch but it wasnt on the guasrd so I dont know if its original, Im not the owner of these things Ill post some pics...
