Haze Problem.

Postby Sean Camp on Fri Mar 19, 2010 3:35 am

A friend brought over his nonworking Haze 40. What is the usual failure in these. It powers on and signal is being passed through the preamp and phase inverter. I can hear very faint but correct 'sounding' noise from the speaker. ?Bad OPT?

maybe it's a resistor failure on the pcb...or a bad solder joint...

Starting to sound like a bad solder or mutl pin from one board to another. Preamp works, Power amp works but they're not connected well.
