MESA BOOGIE Lonestar strange bias voltage

Postby duracell on Sun Jul 26, 2009 9:34 pm

I am repairing a MESA Lonestar combo and I am puzzled. The bias voltage has a very strange behaviour. The AC from the PT is correct, 60V, but on the otherside of the diode the voltage is around -20V. When the standby switch is set to on the voltage drops to around -130V.

Anyone outhere seen anything like this?
