New Scorpion Sound Demo

I used a Gibson ES-355 for the rhythm guitar parts. I used my Carvin SH575 for the lead tones. 4X12 cabinet. 50 watt Scorpion for all of it.

Great sound. your good @ recording & bringing out the different sounds of your amps. This is not a one trick pony. Does the Carvin have stock Pickups in it?

Hi Dan,
Yes the Carvin SH550and SH575 both have stock pickups. Great sounding guitars. the stock pickups are S22J and S22T, both on the lower side of the output spectrum I would say. Just slightly lower then a Les Paul but none the less for tone. In fact, it's because they have a good well done pickup that it's lower output enables the tone of the amp to really sing in my opinion. Not to mention this is a semi Hollow guitar. Great product. I challenge anyone to find a better product of equal build quality and type for the same price. These particular model guitars are off the charts in quality and elegance and all for a very low price.

EL34s, 12AX7s. I recommend Valave Art for the stock but our upgrade is S.E.D. or Wing'ed "C"s which are the "Real" Svetlania not the fake ones made by New Sensor. The winged "C" is actually the Cyrillic Russian alphabet letter S for Svetlania.
