whizzer cones? eminence bp102?

That elusive piece of the overall equation, so many options and so little time to test them all — Celestion, Fane, Eminence, Jensen, JbL, Utah, Ceramic, Alnico, 1x12, 2x12, 4x12, 2x10, 4x10, 1x15, 2x15, 4x15, 1x18 and I'm sure there are even more!

just wondering if anyone has used anything with whizzers, or can shed any light in general on them, or specifically the eminence 10".
the chart and specs look good for covering bass & guitar, but sound and specs aren't exactly the same thing.
thanks

I dunno, Max. from the threads it sounds like they might add that 120 edge that you like and so many who favor creamy flavor don't.

I think Gypsy is asking about using a whizzer bass speaker to add high end to a bass cab (instead of a tweeter).

in a way, Johhny.
I like multipurpose speakers, that can get beat up by a 5 string bass without complaint, and get a nice guitar sound as well. the eminence 15 & 12's I have are very good, but don't have the upper range(5 to 10 k, harmonic territory) the chart shows for these 10's. maybe I don't need or want it though, as I am very pleased with the speakers I have.
