Fane Valuation Help

That elusive piece of the overall equation, so many options and so little time to test them all — Celestion, Fane, Eminence, Jensen, JbL, Utah, Ceramic, Alnico, 1x12, 2x12, 4x12, 2x10, 4x10, 1x15, 2x15, 4x15, 1x18 and I'm sure there are even more!

Fane Valuation Help

Hi All, could do with your help getting a valuation with selling a cab I have.

2x12 guitar cab. Rated 50w 16ohms. The speakers are 70's Fane speakers , 1" voice coil with an 8Ohm voice coil impedance. The drivers 25W power rating. It’s a fully paper cone witch were used as mid-range guitar cabinet speakers.
Stamped on the chassis are numbers: 12512 - 19/78

Took them to Fane/Precision Devices last year on getting more information but what I have put above is all they could tell me. Old documentation was lost in a fire a few decades ago.

Cab sounds pretty dam good for its age with my Orange TH30 but its no longer needed and need to sell.

The smooth cone is a bit unusual for a Fane guitar speaker.

At any rate, they're not one of the collectable models, so they're worth whatever a buyer will pay. The 25 watt rating may or may not work to your advantage.

What are used (reissue) greenbacks selling for in your market?

...Hey! I played that song when it was new...
