Help me identify this old combo

Just got this old combo off ebay. Listed as being unbranded, 1950s or 1960s.

a nice retro amp I can not see a makers name on it seems to work okay with a nice sound view pictures any questions please ask would prefer collection only will post at buyers risk no returns or refunds for damage due to false claims in the past and postage to be confirmed when boxed and weighed at post office viewing welcome size aprox 14 and a half inch by 10 inch
On 31-Aug-16 at 21:07:26 BST, seller added the following information:
to answer a question the speaker has elac England label on it and on the back there is a faint word that looks like kelwin but that could have been a previous owners name

I'm sure I've see those red buttons on the side before. They look very familiar. My guess is 1960s. Any ideas?

I believe it's a Shaftesbury 12 watt.. it's very similar and is most likely around 1960. Best people to ask would likely be John Beer or John Chambers.. Most likely they have either seen or repaired them in the past.. I think JC has one on his site even..
