WEM Dominator 30 Reverb

Postby Sticconti on Thu Oct 30, 2014 11:17 am

Hi, I'm restoring a WEM Dominator 30 Reverb from the early 80. It'a tube amp with four EL84.

Someone have a correct schematic?

Thanks and compliment for the forum!

I have the same amp, with the 15" Italian RCF Speaker and it is unbelievably loud for a 30 Watt combo. I guess it is because the speaker is very efficient but I have never been able to find any data on the speaker to confirm the spec.

My AMP mount a 15" Celestion "spider" speaker. Sorry I don't know your speaker.

I have a Celestion G15M spider framed speaker in a WEM Dominator Bass 15 and it gives a very nice sound. It is like a 15" version of the G12M Greenback speaker.

The dominator 30 Reverb amps were fitted with a 15" Italian Altoparlante speaker. It has a huge magnet and makes the amp weigh a ton, but it's the reason that it is so HORRIBLY loud. It matches up against any 100watt job.
